Ecocoat Fabric

IGL Fabric uses a 20% dimethyl-siloxane nano-emulsion that bonds to individual textile fibres, creating an ultra-thin, invisible lattice with a water-contact angle > 130°. Liquids bead and roll off, while air and moisture vapour still pass through, keeping seats, carpets, shoes, and soft-tops dry without altering colour, softness, or breathability.

How to Use

1. Deep-clean fabric and allow to dry completely.
2. Shake well. Spray evenly from 1ft away until fibres are damp, not saturated.
3. Lightly brush or glove-wipe to push coating into the weave.
4. Allow to dry 12hrs (ambient) or accelerate with warm air (≤ 60°C/140°F).
5. Full hydrophobic effect develops after 24hrs. For high-exposure zones, apply a second light coat after 30 min.
6. On Suede or untreated leather, wait 1 minute after spray and then wipe off with an IGL Microfiber Towel.
